Re: Vampires

Just following up with this mini-plot. A lot of people were interested in investigating and pursuing the Major's vampires, so I thought another post for organization could be helpful. Right now it looks like the following characters are involved:

Deadshot, King Shark, Bucky, Kate, and maybe Deadpoool and Catman = Berlin.

Seras, Bond , Max, Midnighter = The City

Maggie, Cassie, Batman, and Magneto = Cleveland

Roxanne = reporter stuff

Tara, and Willow = Uncertain.

There will be a newspost soon signalling ICly that the vampires are around and up to no good. This mini-plot is open-ended with no real set endpoint or sequence planned, so people can do what they like with the vampires as long as some of them are still at large [there are about ten in each location]. If anyone wants me to puppet NPC's for a scene or post a log for vampire-hunting adventures, let me know!

SIDE NOTE: I am not going to be on AIM at all this weekend due to being on a borrowed computer. I am available via e-mail or PM if anyone needs to contact me!

potential hiatus!

Hey guys! I'm going away for around a week, so I will definitely not be around for around the next two days since I'm travelling.

After that though, I could be in a place that potentially has internet access, but regardless, I'm calling a hiatus just in case I am without internet. I should be back by next Saturday (18th Feb), so if you want me to see something urgently, just send a message to one of my accounts.

a skrull-plot related idea!

Hello, Cityzens! As some of your characters may be aware, Zoidberg's porter-granted power is to know what species a character is just by looking at them, no matter how they are disguised. So he can tell robots, mutants, vampires, zombies, aliens, etc. from real humans on sight! But since that would spoil the fun of not knowing who is a Skrull and who isn't, his powers will be on the fritz for the duration of the Skrull plot!

What does this mean?

Well, it means that his powers could incorrectly ping people as being Skrulls! But I don't want to step on toes and just have him flinging accusations at people who are not interested in that sort of thing, so this post is a post to gage interest in being called out at some point in the coming weeks. So if you'd be interested in this sort of thing, please let me know! :)

Yeah I've got a million of those Skrull puns.

So the random generator has spoken, and I have sent the fifteen PMs to our respective Skrulls (complete with their individualized missions). Remember that the first rule of Skrull Club is you don't talk about Skrull Club. But you can talk about it amongst yourselves, so for those of you who asked when you can start plotting with your fellow Skrulls you can do that now. Please don't do this in public, but rather keep it to the method discussed.

Imports will be replaced with Skrulls from February 15th to the 24th. It is your mission, my dear imports, to expose who is a Skrull and who is not. Your efforts (and success) will decide which fate this plot will take. Skrulls have been given instruction on how to act and what they can give clue to. Be on the lookout for suspicious behavior! Bear in mind that if a Skrull has a limb severed, that cut limb will revert to its original green tissue. A Skrull under severe torture can lose concentration and revert to its original form. But that's the kind of torture that could kill a human, even an empowered one... Sort of risky business...

If anyone says they are NOT a Skrull, icly or oocly, you are free to assume they are COVERING THEIR TRACKS. Only suspicious people claim to not be Skrulls outright.

Not that I'm a very prolific tagger in the best of times. My grandmother just died, so I'm going to be even flakier than usual.
