YEP - YOU'RE GOING GREEN. AND NOT IN THE SILLY ECOFRIENDLY KIND OF WAY

So Bruce is gonna get got by Captain America right on video (no one saw that coming unless you are from Ultimates and then everyone just went well duh) and will be Hulking out right by Lachesis.

Cap's gonna then get got himself and punted into rivers and or Jerseys unknown and... Hulk will then be at a loss for what to do because he's kind of used to getting bombed on and shot at and generally hassled by various army and tank types. So without that Hulk will kind of just... Growl in confusion. And lumber around.

So this post is basically gonna be asking who wants to show up at the Hulk log and either Hulk-sit or... MAKE THINGS WORSE?? I dunno. It'll eventually end with Miles Morales being a little failtard and crawling all over Hulk until Hulk passes out and changes back to Bruce, but. Stuff can happen in between. THOUGHTS??

I swear I will shut up about this soon, but a made a really lazy post about the vague outline of ISIS here plus staff roster. Staff can pretty much make up their own titles and job roles, just tell me what you want it as.

I've been really lazy the last few weeks plus James has been kidnapped like fifty times since he announced the opening of the group, so I've totally flaked out on IC meetings, interviews and the likes. If anyone is interested I could post up over the weekend for work related stuff (interviews can be done or can also be handwaved seeing as so much time has passed) and general shit can be RPed between everyone.

There's also a plot post for all ISIS stuff which is totally screened. The plan is to start the ball rolling with ideas for plots soon, so if anyone has characters good or bad (they don't discriminate) that don't mind being stalked spied on, let me know. c:

Jesse here, announcing a new information post! Cape and Cowl now has a rough timeline of past events so new players need not wonder 'what is this HIVE thing people around in 2010 are talking about' or 'just what did happen with the Skrulls.' It is also a resource for people playing characters who would learn about and comment on past events in the setting.

Since many, many, many things have happened in Cape and Cowl since 2008, the timeline is not an exhaustive list of every murder, super-fight or power malfunction. The rough criteria for inclusion is an event that NPC Cityzens would remember and talk about- stuff that would appear on the news or even have books written about it, that has a mark on the worldbuild and on memory.

I will now be responsible for updating this post with major happenings at the end of each month. I am sure not everything is on there that could be on there, so please let me know here or on the timeline if you think something should be added! And of course let us know if there are any questions.

I'm dropping Jaime Lannister, because my raging ladyboner for him suddenly withered and vanished this last month. IT'S REALLY STRANGE, MAN. But it might be back again, especially when the third season starts, so if we don't get any other Jaimes (AND I HOPE WE DO, BECAUSE THE ONLY THING BETTER THAN GETTING TO PLAY HIM IS GETTING TO PLAY AGAINST HIM) between now and then, he may resurface on my roster!

If anyone stops by his room at the MAC, it will be basically littered with gold crap. Pens, apples, kitchen knives, toilet paper. It's been a frustrating stay in the City for him, man. There's also a small fortune marked for Martin, Tali, and Arya (dammit kid don't get yourself killed please).

canon update!

So Vriska's been approved for a canon update and power change. She'll be porting out of the city as of tonight and will return sometime on Saturday. She's being canon update to act 6, scene 3 where she meets up with Tavros. So lots of things have happened for her. She's died, been through doomed John's dream bubble, been proposed to by that weird orange guy, been reanimated into an abomination sprite, and exploded herself right back into the dream bubbles. She'll be coming just after the last conversation we see between her and Tavros.

Oh, she's also coming back with cool ghostly eyes and shit. And her account will be changing to this one.

This doesn't mean too much change with her personality, aside from having come to terms with her previous mistakes and her death. She's still going to start trouble if someone presses her buttons, but she isn't as likely to start a confrontation just for the sake of starting one. Well, unless you're some people.

She's also gotten her powers changed around a little bit. She's lost her vision eightfold (x-ray vision basically) and it's been replaced with her god tier abilities. This means she can now steal luck at will. She's got a permissions post over here for that ability if you'd like to opt in/opt out. She's also got a new quirk permissions post on this account if you'd like to opt out of her slighty o8noxious quirk.
