METAMAN AGENT NAME: Skinny Sam APPEARANCE: A rotting corpse which, until dusk on the 28th, had been hanging from a gallows somewhere around town. It can't have been hanging there long, there's still a lot of putrid flesh and some scraps of clothes on those bones. Sadly (or not?) he cannot talk, because he doesn't have a tongue. He keeps groaning horribly though. POWER: While the flesh may be weak, the bones underneath have super strength. He punches hard, and will throw whatever is to hand if his target moves out of punching range. He will try to strangle you if you get close enough.
