Name's Mao, joining with Martin Septim from the prequel to Skyrim, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Martin was an Ancient Roman-esque emperor but prefers his previous life as a priest. Also, he's voiced by Sean Bean, so Game of Thrones and Lord of the Rings references never cease to amuse me, but confuse him greatly.

Yes, he does. But he became an emperor because all the other candidates got killed, and he never ruled, so he doesn't really care to advertise that facet of his life.
