Peacock might ally herself with the Major in the vague way that she'd concentrate much more on the Doctor's critters than the vampires :T VIOLENCE IS FUN she probably wouldn't have any truck with taking hostages, though

but i guess you can consider her vaguely aligned with the Major since she likes him :|
