I might have missed it somehow but what are the restrictions on characters bringing in personal items/objects from home? Is it limited to the clothes on their backs or can other items be brought in with them?

Assuming weapons and larger things are not imported with the character, can one of their powers be the ability to summon that particular item into being? (I'm thinking along the lines of summoning a vehicle or a weapon, for reference.) Sorry if this has been addressed somewhere already.
