If I reapp Max I was considering some kind of power nullifing plot! As in, those affected would have the part of their brain that lets them use/know how to use their powers blocked by his mind control powers (the powers themselves still exist) for like, I dunno, a week or so. Longer if possible but it's up to what people are comfortable with, obviously. He wants to see how much chaos imPorts would cause if they didn't have powers!! (Less, is his assumption)
