You're allowed to let your imagination run wild with the metamen, so they can be as ridiculous as you write them to be!
However, NPCs for this plot must be an original creation as we will not be allowing previously used NPCs from older plots.
As an aside, if you have any further questions please direct them to the

as they can get lost among the other comments!
