They have a subdued shapeshifting, which allows them to look human -- but they won't use it for anything else (and it doesn't mean they can't slip up in disguise, if you want to play that). Vulcanus is hoping that the confrontation showdown will be a surprise, and they want data explicitly on how their powers work against imPorts -- so all metaman agents are under orders to employ no other offensive tactic, in terms of superpowers. Doesn't mean they can't use the setting/firearms/dinosaurs, etc.
