Val has the morals of, uh, something not very moral, so she would definitely be a good person for Frank to come to for things like an arrangement to be resurrected once he inevitably goes rogue (I give him until roughly 10 minutes after he thinks he can fight again) and realizes that means no respawns.

On the near term, though, I'm not sure if she would seek him out for anything. :|9
