Surprise! I'm Duke. As a forewarning, I am really terrible at introductions. So hopefully this doesn't sound half as ridiculous as I do on a regular basis.

I am bringing my first character to Cape and Cowl: Jim Moriarty from BBC's Sherlock. He is a magical creature known as the world's first consulting criminal. Aka he is a terrible person but we all love him anyway. Probably because he's charming.

He's got a nasty obsession with Mr. Sherlock Holmes, and is very very bad at curing boredom. What's new. He's also a terribly good actor, so chances are your characters may never have a clue. OH, and get this, the city's given him some nifty new powers. Not only will others' powers not work very well on him, but he's very very persuasive.
