oh hey it's a canon/power update

As of ...now, Astral has been sent home for one hell of a canon update and power adjustment. He'll be back either Saturday or Sunday, it depends how well I am by then.

He's going all the way into the events of the second season, during episode 38. On a very particularly asshole moment because I'm xepi and I choose the worst canon pulls. What this boils down to for those who are not familiar with the series is that Astral will arrive back into the City with that asshole, NO.96 Black Mist, stuck in his head. You may remember him from the alignment switch event back in November! Y'know, the Ferngully villain.

As for his power update! Well, he's regaining all his canon powers, including telepathy and empathy. And echolocation, because... he's apparently a space dolphin. Yeah, I don't know either!!! Also, immunity to time stop. No one actually cares about that one though.

I'll be making a permissions post for first two shortly! So keep an eye on this spot, especially if you've had prior face-to-face CR with Astral.
