Anyway yes for real hi this is bluemoon! I am back! Again since this is now like the 4th time of me coming back to you, you perfect game you. You also may or may not remember this dork, who I played and then didn't for a while but now it LOOKS LIKE I'M PLAYING HIM AGAIN :D

For anyone not in the know: this is Terry McGinnis, aka Batman of Batman Beyond! He is a bratty teenager a lot of time but also Batman. He acts healthier than the rest of the Batfam by actually doing things like having a life outside of crimefighting and all that but don't let that fool you! He seriously is as messed up as any proper batfam member must be. He is also FROM THE FUTURE, but is keeping all his memories of the last time he's here so for now he'll more be wondering why it's suddenly almost August when yesterday it was like February. His powers include being hooked up to his ridiculous batsuit of plotdevice at all times and small-scale gravity manipulation, of himself and things he's touching.

It's good to be back!

As a note, everyone who plays character that are either from or were a part of or might have been a part of DCAU - the combination of 'from the future' and 'Batman' means that Terry has memorized half the information about anyone ever, so if you could mention if they've GOT a dcau counterpart and if he's allowed to have info on them, that would be useful :>

You know, the show was called Batman of the Future in whatever countries it wasn't Batman Beyond in.

I kinda think Batman Beyond is a better name, but w/e w/e

DCAU's counterpart of Batwoman was like... those three ladies from the Batwoman movie THOUGH is that part of canon? It's been so long since I've seen it... but yeah! This version of Batwoman is strictly comics.

As far as I'm aware all of the movies are canon, yeah. I mean, I'm p sure that Mystery of the Batwoman is the only one not actually confirmed by later canon, but given the precedent and the fact that there's really no reason to think it ISN'T canon....

Two-Face and Max Lord have DCAU counterparts... Max was only in one episode and Amanda Waller kind of had him whipped, so no Countdown to Infinite Crisis-style betrayals. Mirror Master exists but it's the first one (Sam Scudder) and not Evan McCulloch, but the costume is identical. Also only in one episode. So there's that!!

Two Face and Mirror Master I actually remembered, but not Max Lord, so this is useful information thank you.

And Terry has actually actively trained against a robot shaped like two face that is trying to kill him so THAT ONE HE DEF WILL RECOGNIZE, YUP.

I AM REASONABLY SURE CALENDAR MAN WASN'T IN DCAU AT ALL for the record although he did die in the batman beyond comic series but i can't remember which continuity that was idek

OKAY COOL but he did totally talk to the old future!Bat a total of... once or twice? and kinda sent him the ghost of his dead dad one time? those were things yeah i was kinda sideyeing what I read but mostly I just took a gander to see how julian died -- though i am amused he lived long enough to see the Future

Oh okay sounds like good times yeah it manages to fail spectacularly enough to create multiple time paradoxes within its six little volumes while ruining the characterization of everyone ever and making no freaking sense while we were at it. And I did kind of hate how all the legacy bat villains were in there and nobody really for Terry it's like guys can we move on now but yeah i think that's the reaction to anyone who manages to live to BB time - 'wait they're still alive?'

zee was written mostly as a love interest to bruce with dini playing self-insert with him!!

she was shown in bruce's files in beyond and there is probably a note or ten somewhere about her father being the one who taught bruce various (stage) magicstuffs.

Yeah seeing as how she's in Bruce's little slideshow of his former girlfriends and Bruce probably told Terry about Zatanna and how he taught Bruce escape and such I'd say him knowing about her is a safe bet.

I am still waiting for a confirmation on her being alive and awkwardly young-looking. And a nod to Kingdom Come with Zach as her and John's kid...

Someday, mayhap...
