Hey all, just a note that I'm dropping green noseless Negotiator here. :c

My muse for him just went up and died and even though I had ideas of what I could do with him, my enthusiasm was practically non-existent.

I LOVED PLAYING WITH HIM WHILE I COULD but it's time for him to go home.
