THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME GO TO REHAB.....
BECAUSE PUTTING A PMS-Y, FORMERLY VILLAINOUS ROBOT IN CHARGE OF THERAPY IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA, Danger (who is currently warden at NOHoPE) will be starting to user her hardlight hologram ability to to virtual reality therapy with her prisoners patients.
Since she's essentially taking a hiatus from X-Club and the majority of humanity, her work at NOHoPE will be her primary tie to the City and she'll be present to initiate therapy sessions-- otherwise everything will be done remotely from the Carrier, where she's staying at the moment. Basically what happens is the patient is sedated and fitted with a helmet, which is controlled by Danger's systems and basically projects simulated scenarios into their brain. Sounds like fun amirite. :U IT BASICALLY LOOKS LIKE THIS:
The idea is that by working through these simulations, the patient will be rehabilitated by working through their issues. She comes up with these scenarios based on what information she can get from communicating with patients directly and their medical/criminal/Network history. That means that it doesn't always work. Actually, it can be pretty freaky, so. HOORAY FOR OPPORTUNITIES TO EITHER HELP OR TRAUMATIZE YOUR CHARACTER........
She'll be working in coordination with Susan Storm/invisibly and Mordin/heal_or_execute, so your character will not be entirely doomed to treatment overseen by a robot with a precarious grasp on the meaning of humanity sobs.........
If your character is a patient at NOHoPE and they make progress and/or is able to convince Danger, Sue, or Mordin that they're making progress while enduring VR therapy, this is a way you can get released from NOHoPE without having to bust out! Or maybe your character snaps and attacks somebody instead, who knows. :I
YOUR CHARACTER IS ELIGIBLE IF:
1) they're a resident patient at NOHoPE
2) they personally seek treatment at NOHoPE (they don't have to be a resident)
3) OR IDK WHAT OTHER REASONS BESIDES LIKE A COURT ORDER BUT whateva we can work it out if you're interested sobs.
If anybody has like doctor-types or something that also want to be involved, drop a line here and we will totes work you in! OR IDK your character can be morally outraged that this is happening, whichever!
