HELLO, CAPE AND COWL. In which is very possibly the worst case of RP whiplash ever, this is Hino (better known as Iskandar/Rider/Fucking Awesome) now bringing in a sparkly pink magical girl to join the city's growing cast of those. This one is less 'everyone you love dies' and more 'sailor moon and gurren lagann's strange bastard offspring', though.

Anyway yes this is Tsubomi Hanasaki, from a series called Heartcatch Precure!. She is the world's worst magical girl, and fights evil with the power of flowers and just straight-up punching its face off. It's awesome.
