It's Peps again, already pulling in a second character: Father Kirei Kotomine of Fate/Zero! He is a (fake) priest, a (mediocre) mage, and a (terrifying) manipulator. In short, he has forever considered himself 'defective' due to being unable to feel anything like normal human happiness... except at the expense of others. He is coming from the end of the series, where he just learned to accept his true calling as a sadist -- aaand you might not recognize that until it's too late.

For his powers in CNC, along with his regular Magecraft, he has an Energy Drain -- where in addition to deriving pleasure from the suffering of others, he'll actually gain health/strength from negative emotions around him. If this isn't cool with you I have a Permissions and Opt Out post! ... his third power slot is spontaneous mapo tofu generation and you can Opt Out of that too if you'd like.
