As that is listed only in the description for the false memory category and specifically references memories ("what you believe and what is true" and "what your character believes" aka the false memories) that clause only applies to false memories. Again, even if a character grows to question those memories (which should only be accomplished with deep exploration), the actual memories are not "erased" or contradicted with true memories within the character's mind until the conclusion of the five weeks.
