This is Zoe! I am bringing in another supervillain! Or more accurately, I'm bringing in a Rogue.

This is Captain Cold. Believe me when I say that he is the most dangerous character I have ever played. He's just come from the end of Rogue's Revenge so he's: recently spent a boatload of time on a prison planet, killed two people, ordered the death of his dad, and is in generally a Bad Mood. In his spare time he robs jewelry stores and runs a group of super-criminals.

HE'S IN A LOT OF COMICS, so while I'm reasonably sure I've got most of his appearances, if your character has canon cr with him because they fought him or teamed up with him sometime, that'd be nice to know. Comics are hard, okay.

I don't think I've tl;dr'ed you about this but basically, I think Geoff Johns actually did a good job (?!?!) explaining her feelings on why she did it. It was for Barry, she had no family, she wanted to make them better, and all that... but she really regrets what she did, to the extent of having refused it on some accounts but was pushed into it by the League.

Hmm, yeah. She messed with the Top, right? But I don't think she messed with Cold directly (since it was the Top who messed with most of the Rogues CRIPES THIS IS CONFUSING), and I'm not sure how well known what Zatanna did was?

I am flipping through the Secret of Barry Allen like a madwoman here but I still need to touch up on the rest of Identity Crisis, it's been a while since I read it ;;

I wasn't entirely sure about that, either. I assumed it became common knowledge. In-game, I had played along those lines and the Piper before Theo played him and Zee were on pretty good terms. I am cool with however you want to play this, but she blames herself regardless and will probably attempt some sort of semi-friend...age.

Identity Crisis is gross and after the initial read, all I've ever done is give it a flip through. I can't justify not skimming it.

Okay, so let's say that Cold knows about the general gist of what Zatanna did, especially since he's usually on top of things. Knowing him he'll probably play it cautious? A little bit antagonistic, but he probably won't be willing to pick a fight with a Justice Leaguer. We'll see how it goes, I guess.

Directly from the Rogues or just what they use? 'Cause it's basically canon that their equipment gets confiscated when they get arrested and it's usually sold off! It's how Penguin outfitted some "New Rogues" in Gotham Underground or whatever. BUT YEAH, UNDERWORLD "YEAH I'VE HEARD SHIT ABOUT THAT GUY" indirect knowledge.
