prepare to feel your iq drop
Hello everyone~ This is Brette (Magneto) and I'm bringing in Wheatley from Portal 2. For anyone unfamiliar, he is one of GLaDOS' supplementary cores who was created for the specific purpose of coming up with dumb ideas in attempt to make her less intelligent. And from his canon point, he has kind of gone mad with power.
Wheatley's powers are going to be being the City's worst technopath, breaking everything he touches, and the sporadic ability to dampen the intelligence of anyone in a 30 foot radius.There will be a permissions post up for him when I'm not posting from my phone.
