Hi CnC! This is an announcement for a little plot!

So let's get with the set up. This afternoon, Mitchell was out at Times Square overseeing some of the destruction from the big old Skrull fight! And he was being a bit silly, and took off his hard hat for a moment! In a moment of serendipity, some rubble from one of the yet to be repaired buildings, fell and conked him on the head! Thankfully, he's just got a concussion, and after a few hours at the hospital he'll be released for the rest of the day to Gracie Mansion, wherein later this evening at about 8 pm or so after trying to stay up, he's going to go pee.

And promptly get woozy and smash his head on his toilet! Afterward, of course, in a moment of comic-book logic, he'll be a bit forgetful about who he is and pretty much leave. Which okay, he's the mayor, who's going to stop him, amirite? BUT YES THIS IS AN AMNESIA PLOT!

Anyway, he'll be leaving the City on a ~*~hippie quest~*~ and end up in the mysterious country of Canada. On a pot farm.

Which means once he's there he won't know who he is, and he won't have access to his powers! (since pot's pretty much the only thing that cuts them off) He'll be there until about the 27th while he's up there on a pot farm smoking his brains out and having an unintentional, but well deserved, vacation!

So first off, while he's gone, due to the foresight of Mr. Mayor and Mr. Nygma, Eddie will be in charge! Have fun, City! Mr. Deputy Mayor will be Acting Mayor until Mitchell has been found

Secondly, Mitchell will be found on the 27th thanks to the combined efforts of James Bond, Sherlock Holmes, and the Midnighter! They'll be working on gathering crap Mitchell dropped off from where he left Gracie Mansion, and throughout his bus trip to canada. Mostly crap like his tie pin, and then his tie, favorite pen, etc. However, this is a big job, and there's lots of ground to cover! If other characters would like to find something, you can feel free to PM, PP, or contact me on AIM to get an item if your character would be so inclined! If there are any other ways you think your character would be interested in helping out, feel free to ask! I'm very uncreative and don't always have the best ideas when it comes to something like this, so please let me know if inspiration strikes, and I'd love to work you in!

ANYWAY, once he's found by the three, he'll be drug back to the City and put into the hospital by evening on the 27th (where there will of course be an open log), set to return to work on April 1st (april fools, City, you get your mayor back!)
