HEY, IT'S DRE (Alex/Phobos) WHO IS OVERLY EXCITED ABOUT THIS CHARACTER, OWEN.

Owen Mercer is the son of the original Captain Boomerang and Meloni Thawne (but no one knows about the latter). He's basically a punching bag who is known for being The Son of that Guy Who Killed Robin's Dad. He gets so much crap for taking up his father's mantle and Jack Drake's death, it's not even funny. But such is life. He was once a Flash Rogue and a member of Nightwing's group, the Outsiders, and also a member of Amanda Waller's Suicide Squad.









He is being pulled right after his mission/audition with Nightwing at the S.T.A.R. Lab's space station.

His non-Rogue canon is a little ridic and he's everywhere with the Suicide Squad but if you have any questions, ask or I could try and summarize things for you IDK. He did help throw you guys on Salvation Run, captured Heatwave and Weather Wizard after Bart's death and the only other time he really came back in contact with the ROgues was in Blackest Night ahaha.....

I won't be introducing him for another couple of days or so, quite possibly the weekend depending how much work I get done for Uni.
