This is a quick announcement let you know that our bi-monthly game HMD will be taking place this Wednesday, August 8th. It should go up in the late afternoon/early evening, around 3 PM PST/6 PM EST. As per our new HMD rules, if you have participated in one or fewer HMDs since October 2011, you will be required to post to this round by Sunday at noon EST. If you cannot make this deadline please contact a moderator. If you have participated in one or fewer HMDs since December 2011, this is the last round you may forgo before mandatory participation in August 2012.
For the newer players among us, please feel free to check out the HMD tag for more details on how we do this thing.
A note about anonymous: It is typically our policy to have anonymous commenting disabled in the OOC community, and has been for some time now. We enable it for the HMD, but how long it remains open following the HMD has varied depending on request; from now on we will keep it on for one week following each HMD, so time your responses accordingly.
Additionally, in a similar vein to our regular modbox, we now have a post specifically for hearing out concerns about activity. Please read and follow the guidelines on that page, as this announcement pertains to the HMD.
