Continuing preparations for this plot, this post is for sorting who is doing what this weekend beyond general monster fighting or assisting Cityzens (no sign-ups necessary for ass-kicking!). For the log itself, there will be three main threads, one for each night, and subthreads within the threads for playing out particular scenes- vampires vs. monsters vs. heroes on the first night or Major + hostages on the second, for instance. Let us know if you want a particular thread posted! In all cases monsters will be under your own control during fights; neither Maddie or I will be directly puppeting the NPCs. Let me or Maddie know if there are any questions!

The Major knows about the destructive telekinesis part of the Oricalchos, doesn't he?

Gotcha. And yeah, I believe Alastair's demonstrated it pretty publicly a few times. How would the Nazis cover that while restraining him?

Well, he'll flail around a bit, but all they have to do is conk him on the head before he can really manifest the Oricalchos. Surprise him on his bike/on the street and he won't have time to freak out enough to manifest it. After that it's just a matter of keeping him either too dazed to focus or not scared/pissed enough.

I'm tempted to say he has his deck on him...I guess that could go two ways. Buffyverse vamps don't have souls, right? So even if he had it, he couldn't take his captors' souls ahahahaha nanner. But if he has it, it puts the Major at risk if he wanders by in person because holy crap his face will totally trigger the Oricalchos.

Yeah, no souls. But I totally want the Major to monologue at him while he's in there, although he could just do it over screen/intercom if in person is too dangerous.

Or he can just not have his deck. That works too. I'm all about maximum fun for both parties. XD

I mean sure, he might rip the walls of his hostage room to pieces, but if he's injured badly enough he won't have the mental focus to really hulk out.
