player plotting research, final phase

With this post in capeandcowllogs, the player plot to research Vulcanus has entered its final stage. If you have a character signed up, be sure to tag into your relevant thread (and optionally into the mingle threads). I'll try to keep things moving along as quickly as possible, and I'll PM information to players as necessary by Wednesday or Thursday, which can be posted ICly to the network by whoever wants to spread the information by Thursday or Friday.
