Hi CNC! gabbie here with another murderer. Also from that show, Hannibal (a college AU), this is Dr. Abel Gideon, the resident mild-mannered murderer turned copycat killer. He's also the kind of skilled surgeon that can operate a day after breaking his own thumb, master quick-change artist, and has a flawless American accent.

Anyway: His canon point is the end of his first episode, Entree, after being informed he may have been manipulated into believing he was a notorious serial killer that he, in fact, was not, but before his escape in Rôti. So, doubtful and paranoid but not quite to murderous levels yet.
His powers involve disguises (since he's apparently great with them), healing (himself), and unhealing (others), a wonderful combination.

GLAD TO FINALLY HAVE HIM HERE he will be introing soon!

Just a quick notice that due to recent therapy breakthroughs and (mostly) good behaviour all year, Jack Bauer will no longer be bound by his NOHoPE release conditions. This means that he can take off the ankle tracker, stay out later, leave the City, carry a firearm, conduct arrests, and generally push harder in his mission.

If anyone wants to plot anything related to this, please let me know!

This is Dr. Frederick Chilton, coming from that show about a cannibal. He's the sort of man who thinks that manipulation is a viable form of progressive therapy and that this is an aesthetically pleasing interior design.

Yes. That is his design.

He's sharp-tongued, preening, and absolutely in the wrong occupational field -- let's just say that if NBC Hannibal collectively formed a gourmet dinner, he'd be the amuse-douche. Ohohoo.

Chilton's pullpoint is just after his last meeting with Dr. Alana Bloom and Will Graham in the episode “Rôti” (but before Abel Gideon gets hold of him). His two City-born powers include (1) Vocalrood: the vocal projection power (which allows him to focus on an individual and psychically drive his voice into their ears; it will sound as if his voice penetrates that single subject's mind) and (2) Lethal Inflection: when a certain sassy tone spoken, every NON-HUMAN, NON-IMPORT living creature within a two foot radius of Chilton dies instantaneously (the trick is getting something that close to Chilton).

I'll be having him address the Network shortly!

Brought to you by Sara, who also plays Eddie.
