All right, kids. Here's how this is going to go. Although the log itself is going up Friday, the bidding post is up early so we can wrap up the bidding, if possible,
before the log so any tensions, bid wars, surprise wins, etc. can be played out if so desired, or so at least you can plan accordingly! (Or not.)
Comments are screened until the event/mingle log goes up on
Friday, after which they will be unscreened and all winning bids will be posted
here. So you will not know who you're bidding against.
(The
signings, on the other hand, will be listed/tabled in the log. This post is strictly for auction bidding.)
Remember, ICly the bidding is happening on Friday.- Check here for bids and money amounts; if you want to win something check frequently to see if you're being outbidded!
- Players can bid on as many items as they'd like, but please start by have characters only bid on up to two dates. If a single player seems to be winning many characters with multiple other bids as well, said player may be asked to shift their focus to just one or two bids instead.
- Characters being auctioned may also bid, if they'd like.
- Please bid the amount your characters are ICly able to afford.
- Please bid in increments of $10.
- Don't be shy about bidding on people you don't have CR with. This is a good opportunity to develop some! Try and leave nothing and no one without any bids, if possible!
- Bidding will officially be closed on Friday, 6 PM PST after which the mingle log will go up.
